This is a product we have seen a lot of traction regarding. ShoreTel has jumped ahead the other IPT systems by getting rid of the IPT system. Everyone is Mobile today. It doesn't matter if you're an Android, an Apple or some other fruit. Provide functionality to the user and stop forcing them to learn to use it the manufacturer's way, let them use it in the way most comfortable for them.
